Sunflower microgreens have a crunchy texture, similar to spinach. They contain a significant amount of vitamins B & E, and zinc. They also contain chlorophyll, potassium and magnesium.

They have the deliciously nutty flavor of raw sunflower seeds.

They are a great addition to sandwiches and wraps, for added crunch and moisture. Toss in any type of salad.
