Gratitude is a First Nation owned seafood enterprise on Vancouver Island, owned by five west coast First Nations. Its Canadian Atlantic salmon comes from BAP approved aquaculture and is packed boneless and skinless, ready to eat from the can.

This smoked version has a gentle smoky flavour that is lovely on its own. Spread it on crackers or toast with cream cheese, flake it into a potato salad, or add it to a scramble for a quick brunch at home. Keep a few cans in the pantry for easy snacking.
