Cultivated specialty mushrooms from Ontario growers - harvested fresh and delivered within days. Our mushroom selection includes lion's mane, oyster mushrooms in multiple varieties, shiitake, maitake, king trumpet, and other specialty cultivated species from local mushroom farms, alongside foraged wild mushrooms when in season and sourced responsibly. Mushrooms from small specialty growers are harvested at peak maturity and have noticeably better flavour and texture than the commodity kind sold in most stores.
