This is a golden skinned crescent-shape fingerling potato that grows to about 10" in length. It has a firm, waxy texture and yellow flesh, with a nutty and buttery taste. The high dry matter of this variety makes it perfect for salads, roasting, and boiling as it remains firm when cooked. Lightly steaming or boiling this potato before sauteeing really brings out its delicious flavour. This potato is also great for grilling. 

This is a medium maturing yellow variety that is very similar to banana fingerlings. It also goes by the name "Kipfel", which is German for "croissant".
