Hand harvested and freshly dug from Pinehaven Farm, these new baby potatoes are fantastic simply roasted in olive oil. Picked early in their growth, they yield less per plant than a mature crop, which makes them a genuine seasonal treat. Farmer John, a third generation grower near Millbrook, Ontario, has spent a lifetime at the farmers' market with his specialty, over 60 varieties of potatoes.
