Braids are made using a mix of two different varieties, colour coded with string for reference. Music: A Porcelain variety of garlic with a blue string. Pretty high on the spicy scale with strong garlic aftertaste. Excellent for using raw in Ceasar salads, bruschetta and salsas. Khabar: A Marbled Purple Stripe variety of garlic with a pink string. Medium on the spicy scale with wonderful complex garlic aftertastes.
