LaRatte Fingerling potatoes, also known as Ratte, Asparges, or La Reine potatoes, are a French heirloom variety known for their elongated 'finger-like' shape and bumpy appearance. They have a firm, dense, golden yellow flesh and a smooth, golden skin with tan speckling. They have a soft and buttery texture once cooked and subtle nutty flavours.

La Ratte Fingerlings were developed in France and the Netherlands in the 19th century and are ready for harvest in Ontario in late summer.
