Featured Herbs:
Lemon Balm: known to lift the spirits, reduce feelings of panic, relieve digestive disorders, help fight flu and colds, relieve headaches and relax nerves.


Violet: known to cleanse blood and lymph, soothe throat irritation, and soothe nerves, headaches and insomnia.

Peppermint: known to relieve nervous stomach, cramps, nausea, heart-burn, ease headaches, ward off symptoms of cold flu, and to let out excess heat from the body.

How to Use:
For a hot cup: Steep 1-2 tsp of herb in 8fl oz of just-boiled water. Let steep 5-10min. For a more potent cup, steep up to 20 minutes. Sweeten to taste.

For a cold infusion: combine loose-leaf tea and cold water in a pitcher and let the tea infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Strain, sweeten, and enjoy.
