Lovage (bunch)

This certified organic herb originated in the Middle East, but has been cultivated and used in European cuisine for thousands of years. The flavour is a cross between celery and parsley, with a little bit of spice to it. It makes for an excellent addition to salads, slaws, and soups! We really love it in egg salad.
