Our Spot Prawn Tails are all wild caught by the Indigenous fishermen of British Columbia around the Broughton Archipalego, on the North-East coast of Vancouver Island.
Each package contains 1lb of Spot Prawns Tails with the shell on for flavorful broths and no heads.
Please note the Spot Prawns may contain roe but please do NOT consume the Shrimp Roe raw. If desired, cook or cure the roe before consumption.
All shrimp are frozen within hours of catch and remain frozen until purchase. To defrost; place the shrimp in the refrigerator overnight or rinse under cold water and consume within 3 days.
Our Spot Prawn Tails are best pan-fried, baked, or BBQ'd.
